“The timeless in you is aware of life’s timelessness. And knows that yesterday is but today’s memory and tomorrow is today’s dream.”

– Khalil Gibran –

Story of LIFE

Once upon a time, a young man suffered terribly. Depression and self-hatred dominated his life experience. He felt powerless and fearful that depression would sink him at any time. However, his life changed when his friend returned from a Shamanic Journey workshop and shared his spirit animal experience. The young man became eager to experience it too.

He moved to Sweden, but he could not connect with his Shamanic Master. However, he did the totem animal journey on his own, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful experiences of his life. He met his totem animal and felt like he had found a missing link. The experience was life-changing, and he felt like he had arrived and achieved it all.

But he soon realized that it was just the beginning, and he had only taken the first step onto the light trail. He started taking a deep dive into esoteric teachings, reading books on the Law of Attraction, Consciousness, Telepathy, Quantum Physics, and more.

Despite the ups and downs and the constant work required to maintain happiness, enlightenment, and growth, the young man persisted. He moved around a lot between Europe and Hawaii and felt content with his surroundings for the first time. He had a communication channel with his subconscious, which was a major life improvement, and he was able to access his “Higher Self” to consult when conscious decisions needed to be made.

After many years on the trail, he found a desire to teach. He took a group of teenagers to the Swedish Lakes on a Canoe Journey. He  shared a beautiful experience with them, to give them something he wished he had known when he was their age. It was the first time he created such an experience and space for others in the middle of nowhere. After the journey he went back to being a student.

The teachers he encountered and fell in love with along the journey are Dr. Wayne Dyer, Alan Watts, Ram Dass, Jesus Christ, Pema Chödrön, Pele, Maui, and Eckhart Tolle. Yet the grandest teacher of them all was nature in all of it’s beautiful forms and appearances, including the four elements.

Along this process he chose to honor all living beings as best he could because he was feeling the pain and suffering his former lifestyle had inflicted on nature. He became a vegetarian at first and later decided to end consuming any products in which nature and animals had been harmed and exploited.

He persisted on his journey, mastering the challenges and difficulties, serving those who crossed paths with him as lovingly and kindly as he could.
People sometimes ask him if he was a shaman? He never has an answer to this question but he knows he is a rainbow warrior.

Focus and Direction

Everyday I see how it is only a matter of how able a person is to tap into their personal power. This is the process of unleashing ones innermost potential.

It is about letting go of limiting thoughts and deep rooted beliefs. We acquired them unknowingly or they helped us cope in certain situations. We still carry them around because they generate a sense of personality or traits we identify with. If we are courageous enough to let go of our “personal history” and the identification with our past we can become a stronger, more fulfilled version of ourselves.

In order to transform ourselves we seek this metaphorical basement. These so called “agreements” separate us from what we’d like to achieve and attract and it is important to find them and look at them.
The underworld or subconscious is an important place where potential is unlocked and personal power can be reclaimed.

The L.I.F.E. System

I am balancing my life through the use of the Medicine Wheel. In many cultures there is something similar to the medicine wheel or different interpretations of it. East, South, West and North are only a part of it and used as an easy explanation.

Out of it I created the LIFE system for my clients, which is short for:

L earn
I ntegrate
F uel
E volve

It is the blueprint for any program I build and uses the four directions as guides and teachers.

We are rainbow warriors, dancing awake in the daydream.

The Aloha Spirit

The ancient wisdom of the Hawaiian Islands and people has also deeply affected my life. It is difficult to translate the Aloha Spirit into words. After 15 years of getting to know Hawaii on a deeper level it is more of a feeling and therefor indescribable to me. There are many approaches to understanding Aloha but I resonate with the version from Serge Kahili King, one of my spiritual teachers. Check out huna.org if you would like to read about the deeper meaning of Aloha.

I am spending as much time as I can on the islands and am in the process of building a network of non-profit organizations and an accompanying Refuge that will give people the chance to experience healing and integration while giving back to the communities and nature of Hawaii.

To me the Aloha Spirit is to be kind to each other, extend a helping hand and to generally understand that we are all one. With Ram Dass’s words: “We`re all just walking each other home!”.

Book Recommendations

In case you are looking for a book or literature that will help you along your current journey, I compiled a list of my favorite and most inspiring books. The reason why I recommend these books is because they helped me immensely and I have read them many times. The most important thing to remember is to follow your intuition.
When you enjoy an author and they are mentioning someone who inspired them, follow that lead. This is how I found many treasures I would otherwise have missed. Keep on keeping on!

LOVE | KINDNESS | GRATITUDE | ENVIRONMENT | HONESTY

LOVE

I believe in the power of love and the desire to spread it widely. When we keep love at our center, the rest falls into place.

KINDNESS

Before anything else: kindness. Kindness. Kindness.

GRATITUDE

When we continuously show the world how grateful we are, we are repaid with bountiful joy and happiness.

ENVIRONMENT

When we surround ourselves with nature, we see the true beauty in every element. When this happens we realize that this environment needs to be protected, sustained and regenerated. We are the guardians of the earth and will do our best to stand up for the welfare of the whole.

HONESTY

I believe in leading with transparency, keeping the communication lines open and cultivating lasting honest relationships with the clients with whom I work.
